Project-Specific Quality Planning

Each project is managed according to a dedicated quality plan addressing customer specifications, applicable standards, and contractual requirements.

Our quality assurance activities include:

  • Material Control – Verification of material specifications, certificates, and traceability

  • Manufacturing Inspection – Monitoring of fabrication processes and workmanship

  • Welding Quality – Qualified welding procedures and personnel, as required by applicable codes

  • Inspection & Testing – Defined inspection and test activities, including applicable non-destructive examination and pressure testing

  • Final Inspection – Verification of equipment conformity before shipment

Our equipment is engineered and manufactured in accordance with applicable international codes and standards, depending on project requirements.

These may include:

  • ASME Section VIII, Division 1 – Pressure Vessels

  • AWS D1.1 / D1.3 – Structural Welding
